“Now is the time to free the heart,
Awaken to the wonder of your life.”
(John O’Donohue)
‘Gateways into Voice & Movement’ is an evening gathering in which we will explore the spirit of our authentic expression. In this very special collaboration, Carrie Tree and Caroline S’Jegers will come together to share their passion, resulting into two intertwining offerings:
Part I: GATEWAYS INTO VOICE & MOVEMENT (19-21h)
Held in a loving container, Carrie Tree will take us on a journey of inquiry, followed by simple yet powerful vocal techniques with voice and visualisation.
We then cross a gateway of voice to movement and rhythmic expression. Under the guidance of Caroline S’Jegers, we will dive deeper into what moves us from within – exploring our expressive dance language more thoroughly with the support of music and sounds.
Part II: INTERACTIVE CONCERT (21-22h30)
In this most intimate and interactive concert, Carrie Tree will be bringing her soul-warming melodies and storytelling – melting borders within us and filling our hearts on the waves of magic. Blending and weaving in touching poems and songs, Caroline S’Jegers will be inviting us to listen to the spaces in between the words – and from time to time inviting us to hum & move along.
✫ Through voice, poetry and movement, we invite you to come just as you are.
To share, receive, explore, listen, dive in, and reflect your own authentic beauty.
Let’s return to the essence and love what we love.
Sing and dance what is longing to be expressed.
Skin to earth.
Breath of life.
Roots of joy.
Gateways into the wonders of life! ✫
