WHAT LIVES
INSIDE
Pulse Membership is a weekly embodied listening practice you return to at home - to remember what truly matters.
In a world that pulls us in every direction, coming home to ourselves is a revolutionary act.
Your membership gives full access to everything already inside - and everything that’s on its way.
A grounded space to move, write, breathe, imagine, and follow the rhythm that feels true for you.
All sessions remain available inside the Pulse Library.
PULSE is built around remembering how to listen again.
Each cycle follows the seasons. Each practice invites you back into your body. Over time, creativity becomes less something you “do” and more something you live from.
Movement journeys. Curated dance sets. Meditations. Audio journeys. Small daily practices. Writing prompts. Conversations.
A creative and embodied practice that meets you in daily life - in your living room, on your kitchen floor, or in your garden.
You are so welcome here. ♡

THEMES
OF PULSE
We have always gathered around fires, on dance floors, and in communal spaces. To move, to listen, and to feel part of the larger whole. Pulse was born from years of gathering people across cultures and communities - learning how intention infused with attention shapes our world. Today, members join from many parts of the world, and each year a small number of scholarships are offered as well.
At the heart of Pulse lives one question:
How can creativity help us live closer to what truly matters - and from here contribute to a more connected world?
We are living in a time of great transition. As a human species, we are confronted with pain, conflicts, natural disasters, illness, famine, and deep collective injustices. Caught in fear and speed, we often lose connection with ourselves and our bodies. Pulse calls us back into relationship with life - through body, heart, and mind.

A deeper connection with your body and its natural rhythms.
A more honest relationship with your expression as a conversation of life.
A space to slow down - and find expression from the inside out.
A soulful sense of aliveness, and finding ways to honour life again.
Returning to who you truly are - connected to the larger web of life.

PULSE MEMBERSHIP
IS FOR YOU IF…
… you sense that real change begins in the body.
… you long for a place to ground, renew, listen, and create in your own way.
… you’re new to movement or deeply familiar - both are welcome.
… you feel drawn to creativity within a living community.
… you want a space you can return to when it feels right.
You don’t need experience. A gentle curiosity, and a willingness to listen to what moves within you, is enough.
So let us not forget who we are, and where we come from - for we are learning to turn the tides.
