1. Who I Am

This website and all related offerings are owned by Caroline S’Jegers.

2. My Offerings

This includes:

• Live gatherings, rituals, and poetic performances

• One-to-one sessions and mentoring

• Online or in-person trainings

• Digital or physical products (books, music, poetic guides)

• Custom creative work, such as soul poems

Descriptions and prices are shared clearly on my website. I reserve the right to make adjustments, while staying true to the essence of my work.

Please note: For events like Ecstatic Dance, I often participate as a guest DJ. Unless otherwise stated, I am not the organizer and cannot be held responsible for ticketing, logistics, or venue-related matters.

 

3. Payment & Booking

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through platforms such as Plug&Pay, Stripe, Paypal, or Bandcamp.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For events and trainings:

• Cancel 14+ days in advance: full refund (minus €15 admin fee)

• Cancel 48h–14 days: 50% refund

• Less than 48h or no-show: no refund
  (Your spot may be transferred to someone else—just inform me.)

 

For 1:1 sessions:

• Cancel or reschedule up to 48h in advance

• Less than 48h: no refund; rescheduling only upon agreement

 

For digital downloads or custom work (e.g. poems):

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be given once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered—unless required by law.

• By purchasing a digital product or commissioned piece (such as a personal poem), you agree to immediate delivery or creation, and waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU law.

• Refunds are not possible once I’ve begun working on or delivering your request. Thank you for honoring the time and energy poured into each piece.

 

5. Copyright & Use

Most of the poems, music, and writings shared through this website are original creations by Caroline S’Jegers and are protected by copyright.

 

Public content such as DJ mixes, reels, or curated playlists may include work by other artists, always used with care and attribution where possible.

 

You are warmly welcome to share public links or short excerpts—with clear credit.

 

Please do not reproduce, remix, or republish this work in your own offerings without written permission. Thank you for honoring the integrity of this creative path.

 

6. Responsibility

My offerings are designed for creative and personal exploration. By participating, you take responsibility for your own well-being. I do not offer medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.
