Sound on here:
You were never meant to fit a mold - only to root in your own truth.

She Spins is a 6-part online series for women who create and hold space through sound, movement, and presence - DJs, facilitators, artists, storytellers, dreamers, and soulful leaders who want to create in tune with their inner rhythm.
It’s a place to root your creative work in what’s alive within you: your emotions, your energy, your body, your breath. We meet in rhythm with the lunar cycle - gathering live (with replays available) for sessions that invite you to slow down, listen in, and move from within.
Together we explore:
꩜ Music as medicine
꩜ Movement as a mirror
꩜ Storytelling as leadership
꩜ Reflection as a gentle guide
Each session is like gathering around a fire - where stories flow, silences are welcome, and no one expects you to have it all together.
There’s space to exhale. To listen to your own rhythm. To remember that your way of creating is already enough.
Join one, three, or all six sessions. You’re invited — just as you are.

The Story Behind She Spins
What I offer through She Spins was born from lived experience. Not as a concept, but as a moment that stopped me in my tracks — and invited me to listen differently. Maybe you’ve felt it too. That quiet tension when everything around you is asking for more, but something inside you is calling for less. (And honestly, maybe you’d love nothing more than to dig a hole in the earth or soak in a hot tub for two days straight lol.)
For years, while my husband and I were living in a permaculture community and had few financial pressures, I moved with intention. I followed the rhythm of my body, created in cycles, and stayed close to what felt true. As a woman, a mother, and a DJ, I had already stepped away from the fast, linear pace of things. I knew how to listen to the seasons. How to birth in tune with the moon. How to let silence speak and how to slow down when needed.
And still, when we chose to become a nomadic family, things shifted. My work began asking more of me. Birth had changed me in deep, cellular ways. At the same time, I noticed shifts in the conscious dance scene. More DJs. More events. More organizers. More output. And in that mix: more volume.
Even in the spaces where I brought music with care, I could feel the pressure building underneath the surface: keep going, don’t pause, go higher, louder, faster. One night during an event, the room was packed and the music was building. People were shouting and drumming over the sound. My system felt overstimulated. The ache in my cheek - which had been building quietly over many long drives and late nights - suddenly pulsed with sharpness.
In the heat of it all, a memory came through my body - a flash of war, a tremble from my Jewish ancestors, a trace from my time in Palestine. Along with it came a sharp, clear sound in my ear. I couldn’t sleep on that side for weeks. It was tinnitus, but it came with a clear message. A threshold. A reminder that even when we think we’re listening, there are still new layers asking to be heard. This experience led me back to a truth I already knew, but had momentarily stepped away from: sound is not just rhythm, it’s remembrance. Leadership is not performance, it’s presence. And true creativity begins where we stop pushing and start feeling.
She Spins was born from that place. From the quiet between the beats. From the space where the body speaks and the soul begins to stir again. I created this offering because I needed it too. It’s a space for women who feel sound in their bones. For women who hold space for others, and are learning how to hold space for themselves too. For those who want to create and lead in ways that are cyclical, intuitive, and true to who they are - not what the world expects them to be.

Let us meet -
In the spaces between sound,
In the breath before the offering,
In the rhythm that’s already alive within you.
The Gifts of the Journey
She Spins is a creative and ceremonial journey that lingers long after each session ends. The experience doesn’t end when the session ends — it continues in the way you pause, the way you speak, the way you hold space for yourself and others. She Spins invites you to reconnect with what’s true, to root your creative work in presence, and to move in ways that are guided from within.
Through this journey, you’ll deepen your relationship with your own creative rhythm. You’ll explore ways of leading and holding space that feel intuitive, embodied, and alive. Each session is guided by the lunar cycle and includes shared reflection, gentle movement, music, and meaningful practices to support your creative process.
She Spins offers tools to help you navigate your own seasons - whether you are in a phase of clarity, emergence, pause, or quiet restoration. You’ll be joined by a circle of women who, like you, are creating from within. Women who feel sound in their bones. Women who are learning to trust their own timing.
Many women leave She Spins with a stronger sense of trust in their voice, their energy, and their way of showing up in the world. You’ll carry with you simple, soulful practices - and a sense of being accompanied by others who are walking this path beside you.
These are some of the gifts you may carry with you:
-
ᯤ A deeper connection to your creative rhythm
-
❀ Practices that support your energy and expression
-
♫ Tools for intuitive space-holding and embodied leadership
-
☘︎ Permission to move through your cycles, including rest and quiet
-
𖤓 A renewed trust in your voice, timing, and creative truth
-
☆ A circle of like-hearted women who spin alongside you (reminding you that you are not alone)
And maybe - just maybe - a few new playlists, some words scribbled by candlelight, and a softer breath in your body.
Your Place in the Circle
She Spins is offered as a six-part online series, with the option to join one, three, or all six sessions. Each session is held live on Zoom and follows the rhythm of the lunar cycle. If you can’t make it live, you’ll receive the replay to revisit in your own time.
We begin each session with a gentle check-in, and move through a shared theme using music, story, reflection, and movement. You’ll receive a handout afterward with journal prompts and creative suggestions to support what has been touched.
You’re welcome to join with your camera on or off, in stillness or in motion, in quiet or in full expression. There’s space for you, just as you are.
All women who join the first teaser session are welcome to continue - and if you choose the full journey, the price of the teaser will be deducted.
This is a space to be nourished, to listen more deeply, and to create in your own rhythm - not alone, but together.

What if I feel unsure about participating? She Spins is not for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay. If you’re not feeling drawn to these sessions, it might not be the right time or fit. This space is most valuable for those who are curious about their inner rhythms, open to self-reflection, and ready to explore new ways of creating and leading. If that feels resonant, you’re welcome to join.
Why is rhythm so important here? Often, we move through life without considering how our energy, focus, and emotions shift. But as we grow older, as we become mothers or step into new life stages, these shifts become more apparent. Our energy changes not only within a single month, but over the course of our lives. She Spins invites us to honor these natural cycles—allowing us to move with them, rather than against them, and to bring more awareness and care into the way we create, lead, and live.
Who is She Spins for? She Spins is for women who feel called to create and lead from a place of rhythm, reflection, and inner alignment. If you are an artist, DJ, organizer, teacher, space holder, coach, doula, therapist, midwife—or someone simply drawn to this path of intuitive leadership—this space is for you. Even if you don’t fit into one particular label, you’re welcome here.
What if I don’t know how to work with my rhythm? Many of us were never taught to pay attention to our cycles, and it might feel unfamiliar at first. She Spins offers a space to begin listening, to tune in to subtle shifts, and to experiment with honoring what feels true in each moment. It’s not about getting it “right”—it’s about starting to notice, allowing curiosity to guide you, and discovering what it feels like to create and lead in alignment with your own rhythm.
Why is She Spins focused on women? She Spins centers women because our hormonal, emotional, and creative cycles are often overlooked or undervalued in the broader culture. This series provides a space where these experiences can be acknowledged, honored, and woven into how we shape our lives and work. It’s a chance to explore what happens when we stop ignoring these rhythms and start embracing them as a source of strength and insight.
What do I need to join? Just Zoom installed, a stable internet connection, and your open presence. Once you register, you’ll receive all the details you need—including guidance on how to prepare for the session(s)—on the thank-you page.
What if I can’t attend live? All sessions are recorded and will be available for you to revisit for up to one year. You’re also welcome to send in reflections or questions beforehand—I’ll respond during the live session so you can hear it in the replay.
What is so special about She Spins? The series encourages participants to honor their inner seasons—something that’s often overlooked in traditional women’s circles. Artistry & Leadership: This isn’t just about connection—it’s about how to lead from within, to shape your creative offerings, and to step into a more embodied, present form of leadership. Participants are not only invited to share, but also to develop a deeper relationship with their creative process and how they offer their work to the world. A Poetic Approach: Woven throughout the series are poetic practices, creative prompts, and storytelling that encourage participants to connect with their personal voice and unique expression. This helps foster a deeper level of self-discovery and authenticity. Practical Integration: Beyond reflection and connection, She Spins offers tools and practices that participants can take into their daily lives, allowing them to integrate the insights they gain and create lasting change. Guidance from an Experienced Facilitator: Caroline S’Jegers brings two decades of experience in music, movement, and storytelling, offering a level of expertise that enriches the experience and makes it more than just a casual gathering. Overall, She Spins is a space of remembrance, reflection, and intentional creativity, providing participants with a framework to lead their lives and their work from a place of authenticity and deep listening.
Can I pay in installments? Yes. If you feel called to join but prefer to pay in two or three parts, just send an email to contact@carolinesjegers.com and we’ll arrange a custom payment plan. Your spot is confirmed after the first payment is received.

Do I need prior experience with DJing, music, or creative work to join She Spins? No, you don’t need any prior experience. She Spins is designed for women at all levels of experience. The journey is about reconnecting with your inner rhythm, exploring your creative process, and finding a deeper sense of presence—regardless of your background.
What if I only join for one session or the teaser, can I still benefit from She Spins? Absolutely. Each session is a complete experience in itself. You’ll receive tools, reflections, and creative prompts that can be applied immediately. If you decide to continue, you can easily build on what you’ve learned in future sessions.
How are the sessions structured, and what can I expect during a live session? Each session includes 2 hours of live guidance and creative exploration, followed by a 30-minute Q&A. Caroline weaves teaching, storytelling, and guided embodiment practices into a welcoming, interactive environment. You’ll have space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with the group.
What if I have questions or reflections between sessions? Participants who join at least three sessions are invited to a private Telegram group, where you can share insights, voice doubts, and receive support between live gatherings. This space helps keep the momentum going and allows you to deepen your learning.
What if I don’t know how to describe myself or my work? It’s okay if you don’t have a clear title or role. Many of us move between identities and find it hard to pin ourselves down. She Spins is not about fitting into a box. It’s about showing up as you are and letting your own rhythm guide you.
Do I need to work with sound to join She Spins? Not at all. Sound is woven into so much of what we do—it’s the rhythm of our breath, the tone of our voice, the cadence of our words, and even the silent energy we hold in a space. She Spins welcomes anyone who resonates with these subtle rhythms and wants to explore how they shape their creativity, leadership, and presence. Whether you speak, sing, tell stories, guide others, or simply listen deeply, this workshop invites you to connect with the ways sound moves through you and your work.
What do I need to prepare or bring for the sessions? You’ll need a stable internet connection, Zoom installed on your device, a quiet space, and a notebook or journal for reflections. Having a pen, some water, and a comfortable place to sit or move is also helpful. If you’ve downloaded the provided journaling handout, bring that along, too.
Is there support for integrating what I learn after the series ends? Yes! You’ll have access to all the session recordings for one year, so you can revisit them as you need. You’ll also receive journaling prompts and creative practices to continue exploring on your own. For participants who join the full 6-session series, a private 1:1 session offers personalized guidance to help you deepen and integrate what you’ve learned. Additionally, the Telegram group will remain open, providing an ongoing space for connection, support, and reflection.
I would love to connect with other women, is this also part of She Spins? Yes, you’ll have multiple opportunities to connect—through live discussions, the Telegram support group (for those who join three or more sessions), and optional midweek integration circles. These spaces foster a sense of community and shared growth.

Spinning a New Story
She Spins is part of a much larger remembering - one where creativity is guided by inner truth, not outer pace. Where leadership is rooted in presence. And where each woman is encouraged to move in her own rhythm, in her own time.
May this circle support the future we’re all shaping - one that honors depth, softness, and the power of being fully, unapologetically alive.
All of my work grows from the same foundation: trusting what lives within, honoring the wisdom of nature, and embracing the gift of remembrance.
Because this is not just about us. It’s about paving a path for future generations - one of resilience, regeneration, and community. It’s about creating a culture where all of us - artists, leaders, listeners, and dreamers - are supported not for how much we do, but for how deeply we listen.
Where each of us is encouraged to express our unique gifts, in our own time, in our own way.
