WEAVING MUSIC & POETRY

We have come to gather in circle - open and wide.

In a culture that constantly pulls us outward, simply taking moments of pauses is already quite revolutionary. For as long as we’ve been alive, we have gathered in circles. We’ve danced, sung, shared stories, and given thanks for life - in all her messy and beautiful ways. Because as human beings, we are wired for connection.

When we move and breathe with awareness, the body starts to recalibrate. The mind softens. The nervous system finds space to breathe. Research now confirms what our ancestors always knew: presence and movement spark neuroplasticity - the brain’s natural way of creating new pathways. In other words, the way we move and express ourselves changes how we feel and who we become.

Movement, music, and story are the languages I live and work with - ways of coming home to what truly matters. At the heart of my work live four foundations: listening, expression, celebration, and remembrance - each a doorway into creativity.

LISTENING

EXPRESSION

CELEBRATION

REMEMBRANCE

My work moves with the cycles of nature.

For more than fifteen years, I have been bringing story, movement, ceremony, and poetry into spaces where people gather — on dance floors, in circles, on stages, and close to the land. Listening for what wants to move through us, and allowing creativity to become a way of living.

From this place, different spaces have taken shape.

Pulse offers an ongoing online practice of movement, listening, and creative exploration. Live gatherings invite us to meet face to face through dance, retreats, and shared rituals. Women’s journeys open spaces for voice and expression. Writing, poetry, and podcast conversations weave reflection into everyday life.

My work continues to grow and change, just as we do.

You are welcome to step inside wherever you feel called.

So let’s meet - in the stillness, in the breath, in the wild, beating heart of it all.
