SPRING ONLINE JOURNEY FOR WOMEN

The Sound She Carries is a five-week online journey for women, working with sound, voice and expression as embodied tools in these intense and potent times.

We are living in a world experiencing lots of overwhelm, disconnection, and intensity. Expectations around work, family, cultural and spiritual oppression, and the many roles women carry ask a great deal from us.

Everything in life has a sound, a frequency. This journey invites a return to your body, and to your original sound as a form of inner authority. A way of listening to what lives within you and allowing it to take expression. An exploration of the voice that is uniquely yours - the sound you carry into your life and the world around you.

REMEMBERING HER SOUND

For thousands of years the feminine has been suppressed and pushed to the margins of culture and spirit. As women, we have been silenced, punished, tortured, raped, and killed simply for being women - and for speaking our truth. Over time we learned to hold back our own voices, and our feminine wisdom was forced into silence.

Reclaiming our sound reaches far beyond personal healing. The voice of women carries a healing frequency that restores connection within ourselves and in the world around us. In the deeper layers, this journey is about remembering her-story and reconnecting to our sacred consciousness. When we learn to speak from our own souls again, we also offer a prayer to the world soul.

By listening within, we allow the world around us to come back into relationship with what truly matters.

This Root Edition begins close to the ground. Intimate and grounded, it builds the web.

It opens the path for the Autumn Spiral Edition that will follow later in the year. 🌿

Caroline S'Jegers

As host of The Sound She Carries, Caroline S’Jegers is a movement artist, dance anthropologist, mother, and the first female Ecstatic Dance DJ in Europe. Rooted in land, lineage and years of pioneering embodied leadership across movement, education and creative communities, she guides women to remember and express who they are.

Margot De Broglie

Margot de Broglie is the co-founder of Your Juno, the first financial app designed for women, supporting more than 250,000 women in building confidence and clarity around money. An entrepreneur and speaker, she brings embodiment and financial empowerment together, inviting women to root money choices in inner authority and lived worth.

Susie Ro is an inspiring vocal coach, singing workshop leader and song-leader trainer known for her warm, inclusive approach that brings people together in harmony. Through her unique teaching style, Susie helps participants unlock their natural voices, blending soulful melodies with techniques that nurture confidence and self-expression.

Five core Thursday sessions and two Sunday circles support the rhythm of the journey. The first Sunday opens a collaboration space to meet one another and explore connection beyond the live sessions. The final Sunday offers space to come together and close the journey.

All gatherings are recorded and available as replay.

Participants receive immediate access to Igniting the Heart, a five-day audio journey by Caroline S’Jegers, inviting a gentle arrival before the first live gathering.
