Sunday Pulse is a guided ceremonial journey where we gather in song and dance, and move together into a deeper connection with ourselves and each other.
As you arrive, you are first welcome to gather in our cosy tea lounge downstairs. Here we share simple soup and bread, lovingly prepared by Annemie Maes. Those who wish are welcome to bring a small snack to share.
Sunday Pulse then continues in a circle around our candlelit altar under the guidance of Caroline S’Jegers. Together we arrive, bring our attention into the ceremonial space, and set an intention for ourselves, for one another, and for the wider world we are part of.
Live music then deepens our journey, each time with a special guest musician supported by Caroline and Annemie, inviting us to open our voices together.
As the dance floor opens, Caroline holds the movement journey, inviting you deeper into expression. Within the shared agreements of the space, the dance unfolds together - supported by music, silence, poetry, our voices, and the shared presence of the circle.
We close in silence and a short sharing, allowing what has been touched here to gently ripple outward into the world.
You are warmly welcome.

THE ARTISTS
HOLDING SPACE
Caroline S'Jegers
Caroline S’Jegers is the founder of PULSE, a movement artist, dance anthropologist, mother, and the first female ecstatic dance DJ in Europe. She holds the full arc of the evening, shaping the journey through music and spoken words. With years of experience holding dance floors and guiding group journeys, she guides us to remember and express who we are.
29 March: Annemie Maes
Annemie Maes loves bringing people together. For many years, she built and held Drogenhof as its host. When a fire took this place in 2024, her life shifted. Singing opened a path through grief and reconnected her to her strength. She is a mother of 3 and loves spending time in her garden and will prepare us homemade soup and bread.
17 May: Mitsch Kohn (DE)
Mitsch Kohn is an intuitive pianist, singer and facilitator working in the field of authentic voice. He is a father to his son, and his work carries a deep sense of life and freedom. He will guide us into authentic voice as a direct connection to source. Through improvisation and music, he invites us to listen and to let our voices move as they are.
28 June: Suyana (BE)
Suyana (Veerle Kumpen) has been surrounded by music since childhood, always singing. What began as an intimate practice grew into a path where her voice became a source of healing. Since 2014, she has been guiding circles around the world. She will open a space where we can come together, sing, and reconnect through our voices.
