In the midst of these intense times, we believe that gathering with intention can contribute to the world we long for.
Around candles in the center, Sunday Pulse opens in circle, with an intention for ourselves, for each other, and for the world. Song, carried by live music, opens a space of listening and connection.
Afterwards there is simple soup and bread, lovingly prepared by Annemie Maes. Those who wish are welcome to bring a small snack to share.
When the dance floor opens, Caroline S’Jegers guides us on a poetic dance journey. Barefoot, in silence, listening to the music, to the rhythm, and to what lives within us. As the first female Ecstatic Dance DJ in Europe, she has brought thousands of dancers together on dance floors in many countries. From this experience, spaces now emerge where dance once again becomes a place to land and where community can grow.
Each evening is supported by a guest musician.

GUIDELINES
To support a space of listening, presence and respect, we follow a few simple agreements:
• We dance barefoot
• The singing/dance floor is a space without words
• Move in the way that feels true for you
• Check in before you dance with someone
• Respect a yes and a no
• Leave a dance whenever it feels right
• Photos are only taken by the organizers and only with consent
• We hold the space together with care
