Stay connected

Your place in the circle
Is inside of you and me

My place in the circle
Lives in true belonging

Our place in the circle
Has the capacity to flourish

Caroline S'Jegers

If you feel the wish to stay connected, you’re not alone.

After gatherings, people often share their stories (oh how I love listening to stories): “Thank you for the reminder to slow down and turn inward. My body is asking for less doing and more listening.” Others speak about warmth, about a space that felt attentive and alive, or about the sensitivity and playfulness with which music, words, and movement were woven together.

I receive these words as part of an ongoing conversation. A reminder that many of us are longing for a slower rhythm, in tune with the cycles of nature, for places where we can listen more deeply and let our inner wisdom speak again.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I am deeply honored to walk this walk with such humbling and stumbling movement, and look forward to meeting you along the way.

With love - from me to you.
