Sometimes, words fall short of capturing the profound experiences I am honored to witness - on dance floors, in ceremonies, in 1:1 sessions, and within the shared spaces where transformation unfolds.
Stepping into these brave and tender spaces, we allow our hearts to open gently, like a flower kissed by the morning sun. In times of chaos and uncertainty, it feels vital to ground ourselves in the steady embrace of the earth, to reignite the spark of creativity within us, and to remember how deeply interconnected we are within the web of life.
With gratitude, I honor the courage it takes to share vulnerably - the rawness, the imperfections, the essence, and the simplicity. Together, we give voice to the unspoken and uncover the golden gifts hidden within. From fragments to wholeness. From pieces to peace.

Transformation, like the moon’s cycles, is a journey - moving through pauses, discomfort, and quiet growth. In the hidden spaces, new beginnings take root.
Through dance, movement, storytelling, constellation work, deep listening, and more, we walk the path of the Weaving Spiral - a living map that guides us through remembering, rooting, rising, blooming, bearing fruit, harvesting, and returning to compost. Each turn of the Spiral invites us deeper into truth and more open to life.

This work began as a quiet voice inside me -
a pull toward stillness, truth, and an ancient wisdom.
It was born through becoming a mother,
through grief and letting go,
through standing on the edges of systems that no longer fit,
and listening for a deeper rhythm.
My sacred why is to support the return:
to the earth, to the body, to our inner knowing,
and to the ancestral threads that have never stopped singing beneath it all.
I offer this work to remember what has been lost -
and to give voice to what lives in our bones.
