Welcome, dear one...
Every beginning carries whispers of the unknown.
Here, we move between ceremony and song,
between earth’s wisdom and the creativity of the soul,
between remembrance, and what sets us free.

Hi, I' m Caroline S'Jegers!

Artist, DJ, mother & creative guide - weaving music, movement, and story into soulful spaces of remembrance.
For the past fifteen years, I’ve been pouring my heart into art - exploring how music, movement, and story can open space for truth to emerge. As the first female Ecstatic Dance DJ in Europe and co-founder of Heart of the Dance, I’ve guided more than a hundred thousand dancers across the world.
My path began in the realms of anthropology and psychology, driven by a deep curiosity for what connects us as human beings. Those early years took me across cultures and communities. Dance became my way of learning about life - and later, after my father passed away, my way of healing. The experience of free birthing my two sons has given me a deeper insight into the magic of life in all of her seasons and cycles. Motherhood keeps being my greatest teacher - reminding me that we are all just dancing each other home :)...
What started as a love for movement grew into a practice of presence - one that now flows through my writing, spoken word, and everything I do. My work keeps circling back to the same living question: how can creativity help us live closer to what truly matters?
Through music, movement, and story, I keep exploring the ways in which art can help us remember who we truly are.
For we have come, we have only come - to move and be moved.
