WHAT IS
PULSE?
You don't need another year of overthinking.
You need a space that helps you listen, create, and move.
Pulse is where we gather to reconnect with ourselves, nurture our visions, and bring them to life.
Over the past twenty years, I have been exploring what helps people come alive - through dance floors, creativity, storytelling, community building, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and many reinventions.
What I have learned is this.
I don't believe the answers live outside of us.
We carry more wisdom, creativity, and clarity than we often give ourselves credit for.
And we don't need to figure it all out alone. (We are social creatures!)
Life is rarely as predictable as we would like it to be.
It asks us to adapt, create, grieve, begin again, and reinvent ourselves... (More than once!)
In Pulse, I'll share the practices that have shaped my life,
and support you in discovering what supports yours.
Because the world needs what only you can express.

What lives inside us longs to participate in the world.
WHY PULSE
EXISTS
Over the years, I have come to see that we are born with extraordinary capacities. The capacity to imagine, create, connect, communicate, contribute, and bring our own unique gifts into the world.
Yet many of these capacities become buried beneath conditioning, fear, self-doubt, expectations, and the demands of everyday life.
At the same time, many of the things we admire in others are not simply talents.
They are skills. And skills can be learned.
The ability to communicate clearly. The ability to share an idea. The ability to keep creating through uncertainty. The ability to bring what lives inside you into the world. These skills influence how we relate, create, lead, contribute, and build a life that reflects what matters to us. They shape our sense of purpose, our impact, our relationship with self-worth and money, and our ability to participate meaningfully in the world around us.
Because life keeps changing. And so do we.
Inside Pulse, we practice these skills while reconnecting with the capacities that have been there all along.
The remembering and the practice go hand in hand.

A small note (managing expectations here lol):
I am not a manifestation queen, and I don't believe that everything is possible if we simply think hard enough. This is such an old colonizing idea, which I fully don't believe in.
I do believe in the creative force that lives in each of us. I believe that our choices matter. Our attention matters. Our actions matter.
Pulse is a place to practice the skills that help us participate more consciously in the lives we are creating.
You don't need experience. You do need a willingness to engage. To reflect. To experiment. To show up.
Pulse offers the tools, practices, and community. It is built on the idea that meaningful change happens through practice and repetition. (And yes, we all fumble and stumble along the way, and that's just fine.)
Meaningful change cannot be guaranteed. Yet through participation, visions have a way of taking root and finding their expression in the world.
A vision becomes reality one expression at a time.
